Listening and eating the soil

Listening and eating the soil

Listening and eating the soil is a tasting ritual.
Produced in collaboration with the ceramic workshop of the Maison des Arts Plastiques and the Saut du Loup farm in Chevilly Larue.

On the tables, black ceramic rods from which the sounds of different soil samples come out. A healthy land is a living land and therefore makes noise. The soil is also the land, the place where the plants we eat grow.
Around the sandstones, a landscape unfolds with textures and colours that remind us of these fertile soils. Everyone is invited to choose a bowl, then come and taste these preparations with their fingers, to rediscover the flavours of the plants that grow on the territory.
